STEPPING STONES
Stepping Stones is the historic home of Bill and Lois Wilson, where they lived from 1941 until their passing. Bill was the co-founder of AA, and Lois was the co-founder of AlAnon. The Stepping Stones Foundation was founded in 1979 by Lois Wilson. Their mission is to preserve this site as a living testimony to the Wilson's time here, and to further the work of recovery for alcoholics and the people who love them. They offer tours of the house and grounds, which are designated as a National Historic Landmark. Please call ahead to schedule you visit. People travel great distances to experience this magical place. For their website, click here: steppingstones.org.
